Stress. A carnival ride like “Tilt-O-Whirl" seems amusing in that setting, but when real life starts to move us that way, it is dizzying, disturbing, and disruptive. We long for the gentle ride called “Lazy River.”

Of all the emotions such as joy, pride, amusement, or contentment, the one that most increased their sense of well-being was awe.
King David said that “the heavens are telling the glory of God and the firmament proclaims His handiwork.” (Psalm 19:1)
And the writer of Ecclesiastes reminds us that God has put eternity in our hearts and minds.(Chapter 3:11) We are made to worship (“to ascribe worth”) to the One Who made us.
