     Spring has sprung, and summer is here. As usual, a good time to reflect on the beauty of creation.

                                             Effortless

Amber field of wheat

Stretches languorously

Under an azure canopy

Of summer sky and cotton-ball clouds.

Perched in the gold,

On a gray trunk pedestal,

Is a tree-bouquet of emerald leaves.

Photographers work to set up tableaus

Of balanced color, shape, and design.

God just does it.
