Recently I read this (and I cannot remember where!).
We should not say: I have to… but instead: I get to
This is a perspective shift from duty and drudgery to joy and privilege.
I get to exercise.
I get to help my friend.
I get to eat healthy.
I get to pay taxes.
I get to attend an event honoring someone else.
Hope you have a “get to” kind of view this week…
